Trion Apartments

This apartment building is situated in the city center of Athens and is comprised of eleven apartments. The owner of the building asked for a series of indicative interior design solutions for the apartments in order to promote them and attract potential future buyers.
The design philosophy was to create a modern and elegant environment with creative use of spaces while at the same time avoid repetition. Hence, the final result of the interior design study illustrates a variety of images through the different use of textures, materials, colours and finishes.
Wooden chevron parquet flooring was applied to all of the apartment’s spaces combined with white calacatta marble surfaces and black tinted glass while some walls are cladded with black marble or slatted panels. Monolithic design bathrooms achieved with unified tilling provide a sense of calmness, minimalism and relaxation whereas the different material layering on the back-bed walls and the colourfull touches of designer furniture offer a playful and creative interior.
On the top floor balcony, a jacuzzi with waterfall installation accompanied with dimed lighting offers moments of luxury and pleasure while the double-height ground level living room is highlighted with designer pendant lighting and a unique 3D parametric glazed wall installation.
